Sooo..
Let's see... I got started on my thyroid stuff about two months ago.. I took a test a while ago to see how much medicine they need to give me. They're going to give me a radioactive pill and then my thyroid will die. I'll have to be on synthroid for the rest of my life, but it's better than constantly choking on water because there isn't enough space in my throat for it to go down the right tube, having no energy, and facing the likely possibility of organs (including my heart) dying. Right now, I'm trying to get the place who will do it and the place who's sending me to get it done to agree on a price, and then I'll be radioactive for a few days.
I've had no energy because of the aforementioned thyroid problem.. So I swear I've made some things to put up on here, but I haven't had the energy to photograph them... So when I'm better you can expect more art/jewelry etc.
Still haven't got a job, because, again, I have no energy. just walking down the street to the main road makes me tired, and it's getting colder, to the point where my hands start seizing up within 5 minutes of being out. I'm hoping to get something that's work from home though, because I still hate being out and having to waste most of my time interacting with people when I'm not ill. It takes me away from what I feel I need to need to be doing with my life, which automatically makes for a depressed oscy. if you have any leads on work from home stuff that's LEGITIMATE, please contact me with it. I do web design and code, and pretty much any other miscellaneous thing you could ask for. My husband and I also design games.
Other than that we've been scraping along. No huge crises yet, thankfully. We are utterly broke though. As in, by the 8th of this month we couldn't buy milk.
We're looking at moving. We were hoping to be moved by December , but everything just kind of plotted against us, money-wise. So, we're looking at getting a 3 month contract and moving in March instead. Amazingly, for once, I'm actually moving IN town, not halfway across the country. This is weird for me. We better move in march. If we have to stay here until June, someone may die. I am seriously getting pissed at having to listen to Gary snore at night. I may honestly hit him in his sleep. I don't want to be violent, but he pushes me over the edge some times. Tonight I have had to listen to my music so loud and so long that my ears LITERALLY HURT. I've had to listen to my music for 6 hours now. and with the most painful headphones in the house, because they don't leak sound. My ears are throbbing with pain. The humidifier has done nothing.
To add insult to injury, the PS2 isn't working.. so I haven't been able to play FFXII. I wanted to get a laugh, so I popped in FFX-2 the other day, and THAT didn't work. and Shadows doesn't work.. so the PS2 is borked. it may be something that can be fixed with canned air (which we can't afford until the end of the month. Frack.), or I could have to realign the lens.

So, today, the first thing I did was make a to-do list, then I got out of bed, made a REALLY tasty scrambled egg, and two waffles, and some strawberry yoghurt, and some milk.. I'm amazed, I managed to scarf down all of that but for about a quarter of the big bowl of yoghurt I made myself. Going to go put it in the fridge and then...
Working on schedules for Mysterium in Pages... I have Burning Sky playing on the apple tv.. yay.

watching outside.. it looks like it's going to rain tonight.. I had a really good meal. It's this Spice Hunter Black bean chipotle soup.. very very good, and I put it over the mixed rices I have.. it was wonderful. Very hearty but simple. I think I may have reverse engineered the recipe okay.. since it looks like they might discontinue it. http://spicehunter.com . I definately reccomend trying it.
Other than that.. went to the ewat meeting.. got two full pages worth of tips on how to promote mah stuffs.. then I worked on the cookbook for next year in pages, and looked at apartments/houses, and bummed around while trying not to want to kill my bloody upstairs neighbors.. who were acting as though their floor had PERSONALLY offended them.* I spent a great amount of time talking with Jon today, which was refreshing on so many levels. and then I made the afformentioned chipotle soup, and now I'm looking out my window, hoping it rains soon, talking to Rium, and watching Gary play portal out of the corner of my eye.
I realized I've only had four hours of sleep, so I'll be going to bed shortly..
* Possibly it made some comment as to the lay of their mother's pile.
